Posted By Buzz I see the information on the safety alert below regarding concealed flues in voids etc and understand a couple of property builders have steered away from this system due to a couple of recent fatalities. Posted By Robert K Lewis Buzz The original CORGI guidance concerning the inspection of these type of flues was the final blow as far as social housebuilding was concerned and specifications changed to eliminate their provision on all new social housing. The problem now is all those flues that need specific measures and that are laying used and unrecognised. I am a trifle surprised that you have a builder still constructing them. Bob
