Hi, not strictly health and safety this one!
I am trying to implement a paper/cartridges packaging programme within a small office. Can anyone suggest any companies within the Liverpool areas that may provide appropriate waste receptacles/collect the waste paper/cartridges.

Some office supplies companies off this service in some cases offering free recycling bins/boxes. Office Depot comes to mind

Andrew, we currently send our cartridges / toners back to the manufacturers. However we're currently moving over to quality compatibles purely down to cost issue, which not 100% sure where we can send them especially as they and non virgin (awaits puns)
Paper wise, we'd be interested in what you find out as we're also in the Liverpool area and i have been tasked to source this as well (when i have the time)

some charities also collect these items for free. Not sure about the concern location though.
