Does any one have any information / pictures / presentations on asbestos in electrical fuse boards that I could have, please?
I have not been able to find a great deal on the web, aside from the HSE's Asbestos Task Essentials Method Statement.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

What are your concerns? Most (not all) Asbestos in fuseboards is in a solid resin, or bakealite form and presents minimal risk as it is unlikely to be cut or drilled.

I went into a recently refurbished warehouse the other week and all the flash arrestors were in the same state as before the refurb
I was told that they were not part of the refurb so were not updated - all people did was lock off the supplies and put them back on later without looking in the boxes and yes the flash arrestors were all of the old asbestos style and in semi lose form!
They are still in the same condition but at least they is now an asbestos register and are properly managed - To be removed at a later date
