Posted By Jonathan Compton Hi All, My organisation, a housing association, is currently undergoing a merger process where we will remain the parent company. Certain business areas will remain independant where others, such as H&S, will be centralised. Can anybody give me some pointers on successfull (or not so successful) strategies? Given time I would like to do a pre-and-post merger audit and climate survey but things are fast happening around me and I really need some practical 'easy wins' (to put it into management speak). Any advice or opinions greatly appreciated. Jon
