Are there any legal responsibilities under H&S on the employer to provide: A. Protection for staff in these circumstances. B. Financial recompense for the damage costs. Also should the employer undertake risk assessment of this. If anyone has a policy in place for this type of incident I would appreciate a copy.

The site is 100% Free to join and offers members the ability to exchange information and network in a way that has not been possible until now.
