Posted By HarveyJ Good morning ladies & gentlemen, I am seeking some assistance. We are a pump manufacturing company who have recently re-structured middle management on the shop floor. We are defining ESH responsibilities for our new Team Leaders and part of that is to deliver tool box talks on monthly basis. Their ESH performance can then be measured. Rather than trying to reinvent the wheel and prepare individual tool box talks for our Team Leadership to deliver to their team members, I wondered whether anyone had any prepared sheets or slides they could let me have. I can then amend to suit our business as appropriate and train them out? Off the top of my head, I am thinking TBT on the following issues:- Machine Guarding Abrasive Wheels First Aid Emergency Response Slips, trips & falls Ergonomics Manual Handling COSHH and such like...... I would appreciate any response. Thanks for looking and in advance for your assistance regards, John

Posted By Bob Youel use scripted 'TBT's as you are shouting the same shout thereafter mix ups should be minimised and more controlled
