Posted By RP Go to CSkills website and search on CDM. There are several guides to download http://www.cskills.org/w...ions/guidance/index.aspx These are as good as the HSG documents.

Posted By Mal Russell, the two previous posters both pointed you in the direction of good reference material, particularly the CDM ACOP. You could get the 'Guide to the Management of CDM Coordination' from the APS. It is a good well set out informative guide. Just go to the APS website and you'll find how to order it. Regards, Mal

Posted By PH2 Russell, I agree with the previous contributors. In particular, the APS publication "Guide to the Management of CDM co-ordination" is very useful. As well as explaining the Regulations it gives practical guidance on their application. It contains many useful templates for letters, preparation of pre-construction information packs and health and safety files etc. It is quites expensive, but if you are going to undertake CDMC duties it will pay for itself many times over. It also comes with the full publication on CD (which can't be copied to a computer), and this can be a useful resource when attending meetings away from your own premises. (I am not in any way connected with the publication or sale of this document.) Pat
