Posted By peter gotch Hi Brian. No. S. 138 of Factories Act 1961 repealed (1.1.1996) by S.I. 1995/2923, reg. 3(1), Sch. Pt. I - same time as requirements for abstracts of various regulations made under the 1961 Act were also repealed. Regards, Peter
