Hi all
I'm sure this has been covered before. We carry out boiler & heating servicing which means we call to quite a number of dwellings per day, an engineer called to a home yesterday in which the lady had swine flu. Can anyone point me in the right direction on what we should do now also should we be taking precautions in all dwellings we enter.
Thanks in advance
Patrick.

Use the info provided by the NHS and the HPA to produce your own Policy and roll it out to all the engineers. Our policy requires basic precautions are taken in such cases as indicated in the source material. No need to go overboard. Make sure the visiting engineer has no "underlying health problems" !
