Posted By Luke. I'm looking at putting together a BASIC PPE poster/hand out for the construction industry.. But need some guidance.. how much detail to go in.. i.e. Cutting rebar.. use goggles NOT glasses. Something in layman's with lots of pictures but what else to include? cutting: goggles not glasses sharp objects: Kevlar gloves not cloth. Falling materials: Hard hat not bump cap visibility: hi-vis must be worn not tied around body etc Please note, the risk assessment specifies down to the BS but this is for canteen view and must be kept simple and is a general overview. any thoughts appreciated...
