Working in chilled prep rooms between 5 & 8 degrees celsius

Does anyone have any information on working in these areas and in particular the health effects of doing so. Any information would be very much appreciated as it appears to be few and far between, unless you are willing to pay £150 for a PDF for some obscure British Standard that may or may not provide the info that you require.
Thanks

More specifically relating to the health effect part of your question:
http://books.google.co.u...nts#v=onepage&q=&f=false
"The effects of hot, moderate and cold environments on human health, comfort and performance"
This I Believe is free to view (thought some pages may be missing). Also there is BOHS guidance on on the Thermal Environment (Technical guide number 12) if you have a subscription to a common technical indexes service it should be available.
