Posted By J Fennel Does anyone know who has responsibility for completing an accident report book/form for an independent company who are employed by your business (not exclusively) and then allowed an office on site for logistical purposes. i.e if there employees are involved in an accident, should they have to complete one as the persons employer? Or do we have to do it as the owner of the site? J

Posted By Peter F. We have contractors on site and they have the responsibility to fill in the form if one of their employees is injured we then take a copy for our records in case it is required at a later date.
