Posted By Nick Gilbert We're introducing a point of work risk assessment process to be carried out by workers as a last minute check before they start work. The assessments would be recorded in a pocket booklet and I've been given examples that other companies have used on small (A7) books. Does anyone know of a printing company that can print small numbers of A7 sized booklets? Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks,Nick

Posted By derek mc Hi, I made some up myself then bound them, as I didn't know how effective they would be or whether the engineers would use them. May not be worth getting them professionally done until you find out if they are worthwhile, as they could be quite costly. We eventually withdrew them as they weren't getting used. Derek
