Posted By Mark H Good afternoon all, Does anyone know where the electrical classification symbol is usually located on a PC housing, as I'm damned if I can find it?

Posted By Ron Hunter I'm aware of pan-europe recognised symbols for Class II, ClassIII and the isolating transformer of a SELV appliances. Is there such a symbol for Class I though?

Posted By Paul Skyrme Just checked IEE (IET) COP 3rd ed. no symbol for class 1 described, it was, and still is my opinion, no symbol, treat as class 1. (qualified (& competent!) PAT tester amongst other electrical type things)
