Hi Guys, looking to start Nebosh Fire Cert sometime near in the future. I have completed the Nebosh General last year and have a vested interest in Fire Safety.
Anyone recommend a decent training provider for 5 day course nearer to Ludlow/Shropshire??
Any comments on the course content?

Phil,
I did the Nebosh Fire Cert last year with Pivotal and gained a distinction. They had a really good trainer (ex Fire Officer with London Fire Brigade)who made the 5 day course easy to understand, explained all aspects of Fire Risk Assessment, worked through the syllabus at an easy pace and gave everyone on the course the confidence that is needed. I'm not saying that it was easy, you will need to put in a lot of personal study time, but it is a quailfication well worth having.

Hi Phil,
I did mine at the Fire Service College, Morton-on-the-Marsh. I can't praise them highly enough as I came away with alot more knowledge than just that needed for the exam.

I completed the Fire Cert in Nov 2007 and used a company called Oracle Safety Associates Ltd.
It was a 5 day course, I know the guy does a number of courses throughout the UK.
His charges were very competitive also.
