Old age setting in.
Just going into a safety meeting in a few mins but cannot remember the title/ name of the Act / Regulation that covers safe walkways in works yards (ie, to separate vehicles from pedestrians). Does any know of the one I'm thinking of?
Thanks in advance

It's covered by Sections 2 & 3 of the HSAW Act (General Duties of Employers) I think.
Also the section on Risk Assessment in the Mgt Regs.
Finally Reg 17 of Workplace Regs refers to organisation of traffic routes
See the following for more info:

If my memory serves me correctly it is in Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regs 1992 and also some mention in Management of Health and safety at Work Regs 1999. Possibly ;-)
