On our new screening forms I have included things such as: Can they include suitable risk assessments/method statement, references, training records etc etc would anybody have an example form or format I could possibly look at please to help me look for anything i may have missed or for improvements. any help appreciated

Posted By P. Reynolds A good place to start would be appendix 4 of CDM 2007, we used the criteria set out in this document as part of our competency assessment prior to the contractor being used.
