Posted By Peter MacDonald Hi I'm looking for some links, or if you'd be so kind, some copies/examples of reports on accidents during construction type site mobilisation, particularly regarding the use of HIAB's to locate site huts/units etc. I'm trying to pull together a safety presentation to highlight the requirement for sufficient planning and management of site mobilisation and would like some examples to reinforce the message. No gory photos though! Regards Pete

Posted By Chris Pope Look for the fatality which occurred when the electrician disconnected the RCD on the supply and a site worker subsequently was fatally electrocuted when he took hold of the metal site hut door handle - the RCD was dealing with the fault arising from the supply cable being sat on by the hut jackleg foot
