Posted By Samm T I have just found out that our staff are being Tupe'd accross to another company, however we are still continuing to trade in the old name and keep all the contracts but we are all employed by the new company. I assume that as the employees are all employed by the new company that i need to change all of the paperwork that is issued internally. Does anyone have any experience of this?

Posted By Bob Youel It sounds like the 'new' company needs 'new' H&S stuff just as they have 'new' stuff registered with the tax man etc
