No, not the Film, the SHP Article (October issue)- which I find particularly puzzling.
Can anyone give me a (historic?) reference to the document which established this:
"Small-scale textile manufacturers were set a 90dB(A) level at which they were required to take action to protect their employees from hearing damage, while large-scale producers were set an action level of 85dB(A), owing to their "greater knowledge" of what consituted unsafe levels of noise".
