Hyabusa,
This is probably the IOSH "Working Safely" course. If you Google this course title you should find a number of suppliers, and many of them will publish an outline of the course on their websites.
I couldn't find the course syllabus on this website - but maybe I haven't looked in the right section!
Regards,
Andy

Don't worry about it. Let the course provider do their job. You will be given all that you need and the test at the end of the day is a test and not an "all-out-exam". Courses that are set at or about level 1 are not difficult.
The import part (IMO) is attending and listening, take on board what is said and pay attention to your responsibilities and those who work with you. Focus on where you can find the answers to your questions in the future.
If you are worried about taking tests (and some of my students are), tell your instructor, make it his/her problem and not yours.
Best of luck.
Managing Safely next, then.............

If you are going to take up a managerial post i would recommend the IOSH managing safely 4 day course as the one day working safely is aimed at employees rather than supervision and management. contact me trough my live E-mail if you would like to discuss it further .
Regards
Frank
