Posted By MICHAEL T We sometimes have to move large engines with 200-300 litre of oil still in the sump. Are there any restrictions on moving these by road as long as they are sufficiently sealed to prevent leakage. Regards Mike

Posted By SteveD-M As it is part of the machine it is exempt from CDG and ADR. However I would be cautious about in transit accidents bearing in mind the environmental liability directive.
