slightly puzzled by this one
As its an Edf sub won't they give you authorisation and access through the locked door. Then they will tell you what precautions to follow.
Otherwise I can only think to google HV switching courses.

Do you require BESC or National Grid Person training. I've conducted audits in several power stations & sub-stations, & these were the minimum requirements.
