I did a lead auditor course a few years ago with a multinational company called SGS(You can Google them). The course took two days and was run specifically for our organisation, as we had about ten staff that we needed trained.
They do OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 lead auditor training. Not cheap but very comprehensive, good practicals, and excellent handout materials.
