Posted By Brookie Does anyone know of a supplier of made-to- measure safety gloves for a new employee who has one and a half fingers missing? Thanks!

Posted By Chris Packham What I have done in a similar situation is to take normal protective gloves, cut of the relevant parts of the finger, then sew up the remaining finger tip to provide protection. I did investigate getting bespoke gloves. The cost was horrific. Chris

Posted By Bob Youel Chris when you make your own alterations you invalidate the standard that the manufacturer has made the gloves to!

Posted By Chris Packham Agreed, but I would argue that at least I am providing practical and usable protection for the worker. What is the alternative? CHris
