Recent audits have shown a client is not managing risks very well.
Senior Management have acknowledged the risk and have asked for my support to create an agreed Survey plan and then conduct the initial Maintenance Safety survey. I need to quickly pull together a shopping list to present an idea for discussion,
Initial thoughts would include:
EU M/C Directive
CE Marking
Maintenance H&S
Environment
ATEX
PUWER
Pressure Vessels
Hazards from Maintenance: Change Control, PM Completion, Competences, etc
Training
I am looking for a template can anyone help ?

I think you need to call in somebody who has the skills and competence to do this work. The forming of your question suggests that you are really in the dark over this task.
