Posted By Andy P With a school of 1650 pupils and around 180 staff the fire evacuation procedures require a registration of all pupils to be taken. The issue is that teachers do not have access to their registration inforamtion as it is now done electronically during each lesson. To print paper copies would be time consuming. Ideas / advice of how account for large numbers as quick as possible would be helpful. Thanks.

Posted By Stuff4blokes Rather than account of all students, teaching staff and visitors, why not use fire marshalls to sweep the premises to verify no occupants are left inside? Students have a habit of disappearing after registration so attendance registers will not necessarily be accurate and may not account for staff or visitors who may or may not be on the premises.
