Hi all,
I'm after some clarification regarding Asbestos Surveys.
Should I be requesting Type 1, 2 or 3 surveys or the new 'Management' or 'Refurbishment/ Demolition' surveys.
I knew the HSE were in the process of changing over but didnt realise they had done, and their website only makes reference to the new surveying guidelines.

The new Code Of Practice 'The Surveyors Guide' which was to replace the MDHS 100 has been deferred until Spring 2010.
So no need for change matey.

do a type 2 (management survey)if this is just to manage what you have as a type 1 will disappear
