allan kerrigan Hi Allan, it would depend on what type of work you are carrying and and in what industry. I would speak direct to an insurance company, explain your details and they usually provide you with a £ figure.

Posted on this before so prior to yester day I would say search the forum! (raises the Q of 'where are they now?!)
Depends on what you are doing and how you are doing it. The client would normally dictate this via contract. Simple stuf £2M public liability but the professional sindemnity might be determined by project size and risk (if its construction).
a. find out if you will be working for them and if you will be included in their policies b. consider what you want to cover - most policies will have bolt together bits for Public Liability, Employers Liability, Professional indemnity. If you work for public sector they may ask for £5M or £10 M public liability but it depends on what you are doing. Look online for brokers - I use Blythe Valley but also try Hiscox, Sennate etc as they do Safety people.
You can get quotes online without committment etc
