Hiya Guys, anyone know any companies is the Manchester area that will dispose of the striplights on our behalf. My current waste contractor doesn't deal.

www.mercuryrecycling.co.uk If I recall, is based in Trafford Park. I may have got the web address wrong, but it'll be something like that if you Google it.

Something I forgot to mention is that these days, under the WEEE directive, many electrical suppliers are taking your scrap electrical goods back FOC as you may be paying a slight premium at the purchase stage. Check with your purchasing department, and speak to the supplier to ask them if they're taking electrical equipment and fluo tubes back. I know some of the major companies are, e.g. CEF (City Electrical Factors) and some others.
