Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction of specific law / guidance / acop / enforcement notes that detail the requirement for fall restraint systems (harness & fixed lanyard) when using a MEWP or more specifically FLT cage?

Been told it is now law (unquoted obviously - don't you just hate that!) as opposed to the result of a Risk Assessment.
