We have recently trained a few of our operatives to do small Asbestos task work. Before we can commence any minor Asbestos work, i need to devise risk assessments for the work being carried out and post inspection audit forms for supervisors who will be inspecting the work carried out.

Although every risk assessment will differ due to the work and the control measures needed, i was wondering if anybody had samples RA & post inspection audit forms i could look.

There is no requirement to be qualified or accredited to give training for Asbestos Awareness nor non-licenced work, though it would be prudent that someone who gives the training understands it all themselves (obviously)!! So like Bob I would be a little concerend that you do not understand the issues yourself in the first instance.

So for example I will give asbestos awareness training as I have been trained in asbestos awareness myself and am also trained in being a trainer. However, I wouldn't be so happy to give training on non-licenced asbestos work as I don't have the specific experience in that field. So you have to be sure you can befoe you give the training yourself.
