Asbestos risk assessment - Non licensed work

Boblewis & Clairel,
Sorry in a hurry i did not make myself clear in my earlier post.
I did not deliver Asbestos Task sheet training to our employees. We have over 200 employees who could potentially come across ACM's such as Artex, texture coating etc. We therefore arranged a reputable trained Asbestos company to come and deliver task sheet training to a few employees. The employees in question were happy to do this training.
These employees have the recommended RPE & PPE for this work as advised by the Asbestos company. The reason there is only a few is because we are starting a trial on a small scale as to see if it is more viable than using a licenced contractor for this work, which we currently do. if this is successful we will roll out future training to other employees.
The reason i was looking for example RA & Post inspect Audit forms was to see if we have missed anything off of ours.
I will post the full information in future.

You are confusing us now with this additional posting.
I am still not clear that you have trained everybody?
Certainly you have not mentioned any specific management training programme and I am therefore unsure that you are fully geared up to undertake this work

sorry bob,
i could not reply on the previous post for some reason, so i thought i would reply on a new post.
Again i repeat, the employees who will be undertaking the work have been sufficiently trained like i said, by an External Asbestos company in how to prep the area, carry out the work, clear the area etc. They are trialling this work for us.
Anyone else who comes across Asbestos will leave the work and we get in a licenced contractor as they will not have had sufficient task sheet training to work with Asbestos.
We have a management plan in place with regard to the process of how the work will be carried out and how it will be spot checked. This plan is obviously going to be monitored and reviewed.
All i asked for was an example RA and Post inspect form to check ours are ok.
Thanks for your comments, however i can assure you we do take this work very seriously. All of our employees receive Asbestos Awareness training on an annual basis and we do everything we can to eliminate exposure to Asbestos.
