WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS A FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT TEMPLATE OR SI MILAR THAT I COULD USE FOR A SMALL HOTEL COMPLEX, I WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY HELP ON THIS MATTER FROM THE FORUM MEMBERS

Ian I do not wish to question your competency in undertaking a fire risk assessment of a hotel but I would suggest that you take notice of what is going on following the fire at the Penhallow Hotel in Cornwall. There appears to be significant doubt over the competency of the professional fire risk assessors and they are having to answer for themselves.
