Has anyone read the article on Mail Online regarding the train steward refusing to sell a passenger a sandwich due to H&S reasons - as he may choke on it ...

Read the article, it is absolutely ridiculous.

Ah - the return of the Daily Mail link! I am not sure whether you mean the article itself is ridiculous or whether you are referring to the alleged 'incident'. I vote for the former.

The question on my mind, is how does such trivia and nonsense actually make it into a 'newspaper'? Serioulsy though, WHO would take the time and effort to report this through for publication.

It does remind me of the Blackadder Goes Forth, 'King and Country' episode; soft, strong and thoroughly absorbent!! I am sure some of you will understand what I am 'burbling' on about!
