Owing to further IT problems associated with logging on to this site, I have had to re register so have lost all my previous correspondences including PMs.
IOSH have also registered me as mssy, which looks a little like missy to me. So IOSH have also given me a sex change as well! (Which is an unusual Christmas present!!)
So if anyone has sent me a PM in the last 10 days or so, please can you do so again.

I've been having problems too since running a disks pace saver utility a couple of months which deleted all my cookies, the importnt ones for logging in to sites, not just the trackers. I was logging onto the main site OK but was being logged out as soon as I went to the forums.
It's been very frustrating the last few evenings trying to deal with urgent safety issues after 14 hour shifts.
Rather a fruitless and odd conversation with support this afternoon trying to explain what a username (what the site refers to as screenname) is (c.f an e-mail address)
A previous occasion I had a problem it /seemed/ there was a multiple domain issue as it was resolved by suffixing iosh with '.org', '.org.uk' and '.co.uk' in cookies acceptance list.
On another occasion I ended up re-registering.
Attn support: Tonight, I clicked on forums and was auto-logged in straight away. I don't know what you've done but many thanks.
