I am looking for an example risk assessment for use of plastic moulding machines.

Can anyone help ??

First time I have used this forum.

I do not have risk asesment, however perhaps you could obtain HS (G) guidance document, for example HS (G) 129 safety in engineering work shops, or there may be a more specific document for plastic molding/extrusion, which may help in the process risk assessment.

Plastics Processing Sheet No 9 from the HSE is 10 years old but it might be what you want.
