Has any been involved in the development of a toolbox talks programme for their organisation. I am currently looking to develop a programme of tool box talks for my organisation primarily into manaufacturing of ice cubes & coldstorage & distrubution. The hot topics I would like to focus on intially are manual handling & slip trips and falls. Does anyone have any template documents or have any hot topics tool box talks that I can review and develop. Regards Ian.

Hi Ian, What I done when I started with my new company was to base the tool box talks on incidents or occurances that had occurred that week, I soon built up a library of TBT's and can now take my pick depending on what is relevent. Steve

Ian, Try looking at the following site. http://www.healthandsafetytips.co.uk/ This has a section for Toolbox Talks that you may find useful, and also a downloads section divided into various topics. Regards Adrian
