Are there any flooring gurus out there with an idea what flooring type to use for an area where there is contamination with silicon based lubricant? The guys stand in this area and apply lubricated rubber gaskets to window frames. During the process, some lubricant inevitably drips off. We've reduced the level of contamination AFARP, we've tried a few types of anti-slip paint and coconut matting (which caused the guys leg fatigue apparently) and rubber mats have also been tried, but don't seem to help a great deal. They wear standard safety footwear (which has some basic slip resistance). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Many thanks Stu

Try a section of carpet, fixed down securely of course. I have found that a medium pile length woolen type works best! Paint tends to be a waste of time as the silicon really is good at lubricating most surfaces! PS I have no connection with Axminster!! ;-)
