Hi All, Could anybody please tell me if they ask their employees to complete an initial medical screening questionnaire with regard to Noise exposure and their hearing when they first start work? If so, would anybody be kind enough to provide me with a copy to look at? Thanks

We get occi health to carry out audiometry testing pre start so we can compare future test against pre start test as a means of monitoring. no one is likley to answer Qs truthfully if they think it will prevent them getting the job. IMHO Frank
