Is there anyone out that might help me I am trying to source a course in rigging and slinging and have heard that City and Guilds do an NVQ level 3 but I am having trouble finding out exactly what the course is called and the NVQ number I have been in touch with City and Guilds but to no avail.

I believe OPITO are now looking at getting rigging and slinging into the SVQ / NVQ route - check their website for guidance as it will be a requirement for all offshore riggers / slingers / banksmen to have their papers in order.
