I'm working on writing a safe system of work for dealing with the removal of mould. Could you please point me in the direction of the legislation/regulation/ACoPs that i should be aware of. Thanks in advance Steve

Steve Subject to COSHH and control of biological agents. If you do a search for keywords mould and mold you will find that topic has been discussed before. "Toxic mold" subject of lots of litigation in the US. Even has its own chat forum. Regards, Peter
