Hi All,

Just a quicky...

What is the correct regulation term for the H&S (First Aid) Regs now?

I.e. is it now Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 (as amended 2009)

The regs haven't been amended, only the ACoP and guidance - so the name is unchanged.
