Hi, What sanctions can be applied if a contract firm fails to meet pre determined standards? Many thanks all

Paul, It depends where you are in the process. If your still right at the beginning you could write your sanctions into the contract. One that I've heard of in the past is to withold a percentage of the price for going over schedule (subject to reasons)
