Hi, I just started working in H&S department recently, but now I'm reviewing all the forms which are in place. I would really approciate, if someone could help me out and send me some examples of pemits to work, WAH and hot permit, as I don't think our one has got all the staff on it. I'm not going to use your forms, it's just guide for me to review our forms. Many thanks Jacob

Dear all, I am fairly new to this website and this very useful forum, I wonder if could be cheeky and ask if you could possibly email me or your advice on PTW forms as well please because this has been a big debate at my office on and off since it's recent implementation but there is still general confusion by Management over whether it is a permit to work or permissions to work. Currently PTW's are raised centrally via our office for contractors with their employees who are attending one of our many sites because of the strange set up at the company I should explain that there is a day to day person in charge at these sites but they are not the originators of the contractors work but are merely the pair of eyes on the day at the site. It is believed that the contractors attending the site are the Authorised Persons and the Authorised Engineers are the specialists carrying out the task required and the contractor Authorised Person should be raising the PTW. Can you please help clarify I hope this makes enough sense for you to advise me.
