Hi all, Can anyone send me a link or give me info on new directive relating to drink & drug use in the workplace, someone had posted info on this subject last week but unfortunately I missed same, I'm doing project on this so it important, cheers

Kieran New directive from whom? There have been a couple of posts on drug and alcohol policies recently but I don't think any referred to any new regulation or guidance on the topic.

hey drussel sorry could be wrong i new to most of this just starting out in H&S it was a link to a web site and far as i know it had to do with British Rail
