I'm trying to get my head around the new REACH regs and am struggling deperately!
Is diesel, engine oil, kerosene and hydraulic oil for example substances that have to be registered? I'm not sure of how far to go. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Check out the HSE website they have loads of useful info on REACH.

If you are just a 'downstream user' and unless you are importing large quantites of chemicals from outside of Europe you're not gonna have to do anything except have an investory of what you have.

Relax. Take a deep breath.
