Hi all, I wonder if anybody could give me a head start on this. I looking at developing a better and more formal way of conducting racking safety inspections (carried out on a daily basis by our operators). I will be putting together training materials for this purpose with the things they should be looking for etc. I have adequate information of what is required but would appreciate if any one who already has any procedures or training materials in place could share with me. Either way, I'm hoping to have it completed within 2 weeks and anybody wanting a copy of mine is welcomed to have it. thanks
