Hi, We use Don Carlos knifes for making and installing glased units in door panels, recently one of our operators recieved a serious cut whern he slipped on a cold plastic/ welded joint. The practice now is only to use the knife on hot/ warm welded joints. Does any one have any experience or advice for using a Don Carlos Knife? Many Thanks

Will, Have seen and used these extremly sharp blades. SIMPLES - As ever its a repetitive reminder to operatives to "work away from the body and to keep your ruddy hands out of the way". Then trawl the web for grusome hand injuries for images. I went from 24 of these type injuries to zero over two years. That said I left the compamy then and bet they went up again. Badger
