I have forgotten what makes up the 6 pack - can someone please refresh my memory. Indeed is it still the 6 pack or have other subjects been added or taken away? Thanks Joe

Martin is spot on for the list. It was referred to as the "six pack" because the EC Framework plus 5 daughter directives were transposed into GB regulations that came into effect on the same date, i.e 1st January 1993! Whether any "subjects" have been added or taken away depends upon your understanding and definition. Yes, there have been either amendments or wholesale consolidation (revokments) to a couple, i.e the Management Regs and PUWER . You can trace the latest versions via the HSE website at:- http://www.hse.gov.uk/le...tion/statinstruments.htm There is general information on tracing Health and Safety legslation on the HSE website at:- http://www.hse.gov.uk/legislation/trace.htm

One of the revisions was to PUWER in 1998, as has already been pointed out, but what hasn't been mentioned was that because of this PUWER had a daughter, and her name was LOLER, so the 6 pack is now 7, John
